SHIPPING POLICY

We are elated that you chose to shop with us. 

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days 

  • You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • Please note, SO HARPIE & HAYSIE is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. )

  • To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Missing Your Order?

  • File Claim with USPS

  • File police report

  • Wait for USPS investigation results.

SO HARPIE & HAYSIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED.

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept returns from full-price purchases. NO EXCHANGES

All items purchased on Sale are FINAL.

TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN 

  • Contact us at Harperhayesdylan@gmail.com for approval and RMA #.

  • All returns must be shipped back within 14 days from the ship date.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

  • THE CUSTOMER MUST COVER ALL SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNED ORDERS

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements..
